Laura Cobb is an award winning New Mexico painter, designer and photographer who has traveled extensively, living abroad in Europe and in the Pacific in Micronesia studying both the “developed” and “developing” world via art, society and culture.

Laura’s art is a doorway through which the viewer may enter and explore the personal as well as the archetypal as expressed in line, form, and color.

Laura’s most recent work is included in “Omnivorous Absence” opening October 9, 2009 at Casa de Canarias in Madrid, Spain. This show features four contemporary New Mexico artists.
